Bisi Yusuff Halts Campaign To Assist Accident Victims
The candidate of All progressives congress, for the House of Assembly, Alimosho' 01, Adebisi Yusuf on Monday stopped his campaign train to provide assistance for accident victims.
Bisi Yusuf was on his way to campaign in Abesan Estate when he stopped to rescue victims of commercial bus that rammed into three motorcycles with passengers on board.
Speaking after rescuing the accident victims, Bisi Yusuf said, " Humanity before every other thing, so, this accident is fatal and as an individual, not as Honourable Bisi Yusuff, it is incumbent on me to stop and assist these people ,my campaign has to end today as we will continue tomorrow."
The accident victims are however responding to treatment and recuperating.
Earlier, Hon. Adebisi Yusuf along side other candidates from Alimosho federal constituency were handed the flags of the party as the party flag bearers in the 2019 general election slated for February 16 and March 2 respectively at the kick off of the Campaign in Alimosho.
According to the Apex leader of the All progressives congress in Alimosho, Alhaji Abudulahi Enilolobo, Hon . Bisi Yusuff is the first person in the history of Alimosho to be nominated for three times to represent Alimosho '01 in the Lagos state House of Assembly.
" Baba Bisi Yusuff is a loyal party man and dedicated to the party. Being nominated again is a well deserved honour. He performed excellently as a party officer, as an executive Chairman of a local government and a two- time legislator, hence, his nomination for the third time.
